Annual fixed overhead ($) Software, insurance, accounting, professional dues, office, marketing, etc. Target profit margin (%) Margin above your own pay — for reinvestment, taxes, and rainy-day cash.

Working weeks per year 52 minus PTO, holidays, sick days. Most solopreneurs land at 46–48. Hours per week available Total work hours, not just billable. Sustainable is usually 40–45.
